PowerApps

Overview

PowerApps is the internal front-end of the platform. It provides a UI for QA and IT teams to interact with the pipeline output — validating extracted data, reviewing classification results, and testing models and workflows without needing direct database or Azure access.

Who Uses It

• QA Team — validates extracted document data and flags incorrect or incomplete records
• IT Team — monitors pipeline output and tests changes to models or workflows
• Internal Users — reviews processed documents and searches refugee records via the AI Search index

Key Capabilities

• Browse and search refugee document records
• Review extracted fields per document
• Validate AI classification results and correct misclassified documents (comming soon)
• Inspect records stored in unclassified-files for manual review
• Trigger and monitor pipeline workflows
• See the excpetions happening in the system
• Manually process a document by it's URL in the sharepoint
